Classic Masala Chai

Few drinks are as comforting as a warm cup of spiced tea. Masala chai is more than just a beverage — it’s an experience of aroma, warmth, and tradition.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 teaspoons black tea leaves

  • 1 teaspoon chai spice blend (cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger)

  • Sugar or honey to taste

Instructions:

Bring water to a boil and add your chai spice blend. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes so the spices infuse fully. Add tea leaves and continue simmering. Pour in milk and sweetener, then simmer again until the tea reaches your desired strength.

Strain into cups and serve hot.

Using freshly ground spices makes all the difference — the aroma of cardamom and cinnamon creates a soothing, café-style experience at home.
